Historic Girona Besalu and Surrounding Area	Beat the British weather - come and learn to fly with us in Spain! In March 2010, the Microlight School will be running courses in Spain. We will be going to a small friendly Spanish microlight club in scenic Cataluña, just south of the French border. We can accommodate 4 students per week and will be staying in purpose built accommodation on the airfield. We aim for each student to have 10 hours flying in a week since we have found that intensive training of this kind is definitely the best way to progress. Hourly lessons in Spain will be the same price as they would be in England. It won’t be all hard work though! In the evening you are welcome to join us for dinner and some good Spanish wine in one of the local restaurants. Alternatively, if you would rather explore by yourself and relax ready for the next day’s flying, or even cook something up yourself in the kitchen, that’s fine too. Partners are welcome to come along – there is plenty to see and do in the area. The airfield is only 10 minutes from the town of Figueras, half an hour from the Costa Brava coastline, one hour from the historic city of Girona and within easy reach of the volcanic Garrotxa National Park. Ryanair operate flights to Girona from many regional UK airports. We still have some places left for 2010 so come and learn to fly in an unspoiled region of Spain that won’t be teaming with tourists!
